{Thursday, July 1, 2010 , 8:17 PM} a few days ago.. i read an essay online which i find it quite motivating. and the title is 'think strong'. http://www.youmeworks.com/thinkstrong.html mid-middle of the semester is always the peak period.. everyone is rushing for their projects and many presentations are coming up. and i can see many of my close friends are feeling rather stress. although i can't help out much.. maybe just some little things i can do to encourage each and everyone. including myself ~✰ when there are a lot of workload to be done.. and u realized that there isn't enough time left.. what is the first thought that will appear in your mind? 1) i can't take it anymore, it's too overwhelming.. it's just too much to bear and i can't stand the stress i m facing now.. omg! or 2) i can take it, everything is going to work out.. and i will definitely get through it.. this is just another challenge for me. adversity builds character. if i try i can find an advantage in all this.. and when this is over i will be wiser. so which category do u belong to? remember the stronger thoughts are truer than the weaker thoughts. there is nothing to it.. but to do it! start saying something different to yourself when you are feeling stress. some thing encouraging and motivating.. not something that will discourage you! and never give up is the spirit.. try your very best and no one is gonna blame u :) tomorrow is gonna be a good day ☼☀ |
